Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. SHIPPING COUNTRIES WE CAN SHIP TO: We shipped worldwide. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER? Each item is made-to-order, in a batch with other similar orders. You can expect your order to be produced and shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping time varies by location. US Domestic Shipping We estimate your item to arrive approximately 5 days after shipment to destinations within the continental US. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & all other U.S. territories please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Final delivery is via USPS. International Shipping Orders shipped to the location outside the U.S. can take up to 2 weeks for delivery. Orders Fulfilled from UK/EU Orders fulfilled and shipped within the UK/EU will arrive within 5 days of shipment. Orders fulfilled and shipped to outside the UK/EU can take up to 2 weeks for delivery. CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER? We currently do not offer expedited shipping because all of our products are custom made-to-order after each purchase. We are looking into ways to expand our shipping options for you. CAN I DELIVER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES? We do not offer to ship to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately. WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES? Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES? Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO addresses are done so via DHL Globalmail and then are turned over to USPS for final delivery (through the military mail system). Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive. Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means that we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.
